Ink Bottle

The Ink Bottle contains 30ml of premium India ink, the dense carbon-based black liquid that has been the choice of illustrators, calligraphers, and drafters for generations. Formulated from ultra-fine carbon black pigment suspended in a shellac-based carrier, this archival-quality ink delivers jet-black lines with maximum opacity that dry to a permanent, waterproof finish. Once dry, the ink cannot be reactivated by water, making it perfectly safe to apply watercolor or marker washes over inked linework without smearing or lifting. The smooth, flowing consistency is optimized for use with traditional dip pens, ruling pens, technical drawing pens, and soft-bristle brushes. The wide-mouthed screw-top bottle with an integrated ink reservoir is designed for easy no-drip dipping. Available in classic black as well as sepia and blue-black variants. Shake gently before use and store upright in a cool location. Suitable for illustration, manga inking, comic art, hand lettering, and fine art printmaking applications.
